- Eligibility for Returns: Products must be returned in their original condition with tags attached and within 30 days of purchase. Items that are damaged, washed, or altered may not qualify for a refund.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as final sale items, personalized products, or gift cards, are non-returnable. If an item is marked “final sale” at the time of purchase, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

Processing Returns
- Return Shipping: A $5.00 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping, making it both easy and eco-friendly.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and we’ll notify you once your return has been completed.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
